The GOP Can’t Replace ObamaCare Because They Don’t Have a Solution

As the GOP prepares to vote for the 71st time (seriously) to repeal the Affordable Care Act, we see no single consistent vision for how to cover more people for less money. Latest plan is to dump the problem off on the states.
