I like the new look, but then again, content always trumps form, IMHO. So it’s not a huge deal to me.I sure hope you’re right on an assault weapons ban, but I’m less optimistic. Especially if the ‘Thugs drag this ‘fiscal cliff’ crap out for much longer so that the window of interest on gun control closes. I doubt ‘Thugs are putting that much effort into it, but their obstruction could certainly benefit them here as well.And regarding Unca Pat’s predictions of “riots in Miami,” he was right to a very limited extent. I’m sure there was some small-scale hooliganism following the Heat’s NBA championship, but clearly not the race riots he so wished would erupt.Happy New Year (and best of luck with lil’ Lefty).

Thanks for the feedback.

I’m finding lots of things with the new theme that don’t look/work right that makes me likely to switch back to the old look until I work the bugs out.

Since it is still 2012, I’m still making some slight changes to my predictions (#2 is easily negated by #3.)

PS: Since “Unca Pat” included “London” (assuming the Olympics), I can’t give him credit. There may have been public protests in London, but no riots. And I doubt he foresaw the Heat winning, so I’m not sure the source of the “riots” he predicted for Miami.
