Share

A follow-up to my Op/Ed citing Hillary Clinton’s weaknesses, this week providing a lengthy list of reasons to support Bernie Sanders.

Republicans Are Right. Delay nomination of Scalia’s successor

Share

I can’t remember the last time I said this and may never say it again, so listen up: REPUBLICANS ARE RIGHT. We should delay replacing Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia until after the election. I know how heretical that may sound, but bear with me for a moment while I explain and you may even agree. The magnitude […]

I’ll Support Hillary, BUT… Making the case against Clinton (without helping Republicans)

Hillary Clinton touts her “Progressiveness”, but she has a far more Conservative history and tendencies.

Cruz Comfortably Beats Trump in Iowa. Dems still too close to call. Suspicious Clinton bounce repealed.

Share

Going into the wee hours of the morning, I was watching Hillary Clinton’s delegate lead shrink all night, when around 9pm CST, with 18% of precincts left to go, leading by only 11 delegates, the Clinton campaign declared victory despite all the pollsters saying it was “too close to call.” Her lead continued to shrink with every update. By […]

Amid Record Low Oil and Gas, Trump Says Keystone XL Needed ‘Desperately’. Then threatens to reject it

Share

Donald Trump called not building the Keystone XL pipeline “devastating”. To who? With a glut in the Market and domestic oil jobs being lost, do we NEED more oil?

Predictions for 2016

Share

Our annual “Predictions for the Coming Year” edition. A little schadenfreude as we laugh at the predictions of others, grade how I did last year, and prognosticate what’s to come in 2016.

Win or Lose, Trump is Now the Face of GOP

Share

They can deny it all they want, but even if Trump loses the GOP nomination, he and his offensive, questionable & even delusional world view now represents the modern Republican Party.

GOP’s Slide Toward Fascism Has Become Impossible To Ignore

Share

When Donald Trump’s call to bar Muslim’s entry into the U.S. received widespread condemnation, his GOP competitors whom have failed to gain any traction against him jumped on the Condemnation Bandwagon. But everyone seems to forget what spurred Trump’s first foray into politics: questioning the birthplace of the nation’s first African American president and suggesting he was a “secret Muslim”.

When Do We Stop Listening to Conservatives on How to Fight Terrorism?

Share

We’ve been following the same policies of the same people who created this mess for 14 years and it’s not getting better. When do we finally say “enough is enough” and start thinking outside-the-box on ways to bring this war to an end?

Home of the Brave? Govs & Congress Terrified of Refugees. GOP Front-runners Channel… you know who.

Following the Paris attacks, if anyone had just cause to fear strangers from a war zone entering their country, it was the French. Instead, they said to the world, “We will not be intimidated!” and recommitted themselves to accepting 30 Thousand additional Syrian Refugees (which, as I pointed out last week, is a very smart move.) […]

Dr Carson Revives Dangerous “Health Savings Account” Zombie from 2012

Share

I have a long standing rule not to criticize truly awful GOP Primary candidates when they are winning. “When your opponent(s) are digging themselves into a hole, the only thing you should hand them is a shovel.” I’m going to break that rule this week because Dr. Ben Carson has decided to bring back a dangerous (and arguably […]

Same People Telling Us More Guns Is Solution to Gun Violence Have Given Us 15 years of War in Mid East

WHILE President Obama was en route to Oregon to meet with families of the last mass school shooting at Umpqua Community College, TWO MORE school shootings took place, one at Northern Arizona University (one dead, three wounded) and one at Texas Southern University (one dead, one wounded). And as I pointed out last week, all the GOP candidates […]
